Our Benton group fitness schedule delivers a wide range of classes, from cardio interval, step, and Zumba, to body work, yoga, and SilverSneakers. Our classes are intended to cater to members of all ages and levels of fitness, and we encourage you to try different group classes to find the activities, instructors, and groups that motivate you to continue your personal fitness journey.
You’ll find an entirely different schedule of group fitness classes at our Murray facility, with options for toning and body work, cardio kickboxing, HIIT, and more. Our Mayfield location also offers options like Zumba, SilverSneakers, and more. Whether you’re looking for specific classes, times, or instructors, the many options offered at our three locations are open to all members.
